Default Georgia Tech/Miami

On ESPN
Upset brewing....Calvin Johnson is a stud.

Do opposing kickers ever make 4th quarter field goals at the Orange Bowl?

Sweet win.

The playing calling was lousy though for GT at the end. Why do you sacrifice yards by not having a kick returner - and then start passing deep instead of running the ball with a lead. Time or yardage - pick one.

Kyle Wright may have had his day in the sun on the road against Virginia Tech but he's a very, very average QB by Miami standards.

Wright was a non-factor in the game. He was out just about the whole first half. That game was all about Miami's superb defense smothering our offense and creating turnovers from a rattled Vick.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'll just add the discussion here, since we're playing next week.

Has UGA really done anything impressive this year? What's their quality win? Is it over a 4-6 UT team that just lost at home to Vandy, or is it against a Boise St. team who has lost every game they've played against a good program this year (sorry, BG and Nevada don't count as good programs)? And yes, those are the only teams with winning records they've (Boise St) beaten this year.

And yet, somehow, they're going to ride that into the SEC championship game. hahahaha.

One last thing. [censored] YOU TRAVIS BELL GODDAMMIT FIRST YOU MISS FGS THAT COULD HAVE WON THE NC STATE GAME AND THEN YOU MISS FGS THAT COULD HAVE GIVEN US A CUSHION IN THE MIAMI GAME WHAT THE [censored] IS WRONG GO BACK TO BEING GOOD LIKE LAST YEAR AHHHHHHHHHHHH. God, that NC State loss sucks hard right now. I would've LOVED to finish above UM in the standings. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but go Cavs. Damn, we really should've been able to win that game too. Ugh.

GO JACKETS! Georgia Tech has now won on the road at Auburn and at Miami. We rule.

The N.C. State loss is killing me too, except I have ties to both schools so I'm always conflicted when they play.

Since State is underachieving, I now wish Tech had won since I would rather see one of my teams in a good bowl than both in minor bowls.

And yes, Calvin Johnson is a stud. mmbt0ne tried to tell people about this last year but almost no one wanted to listen.
