AQ suited, TPTK facing heat

I've played about 10 rotations w/ villain. He seems pretty loose based on some of his plays. His re-raise on the flop took quite a while. Im pretty sure he doesnt have two diamonds, and i have a sneaking suspicioni he didnt flop a set. Hows my line?

if you dont believe he has a diamond and that your ahead, your turn play is very weak. I also would have 3 bet this lag on the flop if im 4 bet i think i can safely say im beat and lay it down, but dont let him get a free card with semi-bluff riase.
