i would check and call a decent sized bet. villain's most likely hands are Tx, Jx, two hearts, and maybe 7x, with Jx most likely, imo.

Jx may check behind, and if it bets it will probably bet small. check-folding is too weak because there are too many missed draws that may move you off your hand. i'd be pretty surprised to see villain have a Q.

You definitely need to check this. If middle pair called you on the turn, middle pair will call you on the river. Call or fold, based on your read and the size of the bet (if any).
