Standard practice: I bring up PokerTracker and stroll through my biggest losing hands so far this month.

Losses of 40BB to 100BB in a single hand number 24 hands, out of ~5,400.

3 KK
3 QQ
2 AK
2 AQ
1 TT (unimproved)
2 99 (unimproved)
6 other

Total loss, ~1600BB

Of course, plenty of AA and KK on the win side as well. But still, it makes it pretty easy to adjust one's game when the analysis is so simple to do.

i'm having a bad streak with one of my fav hands, QQ.

got burnt bad last night.. guy limped with AA while i had QQ.. J high board.. i definitely got stacked.

A note of caution, over 55k hands AA has earned me 11bb/100. Over 5k hands at party poker its lost me 15/100. 5K is a very small sample size.

Also when you look back at hands you played in isolation you lose the feel for the table which should have been a big part of your decision.

unfortunately i had to start my database over again, to ensure that i had the same info across the line (6max 25NL)

only have about 4000 hands right now over the past week and a half.

Dump the pair is right, you're probably not letting these go when its likely you're beat. Don't get married to them.
