Fold bottom set here? $1/$1 on Hollywood Poker
After his min. raise in late position and just calling my re-raise, I really don't put him AA or KK. Maybe AK, I'm really not sure where I stand, so pushing was probably worng. But what are your suggestions?

No, you can't and should not fold bottom set here. Stacks have to be very deep and you need some sort of stellar read to get away from this. It does not look like you have either so its a clear call.
