I really don't see much value in betting this flop.

preflop is good

on the flop, i might check, its not too likely that you will make 4 people fold and you dont really want to be c/r'd

the rest is good

PFR is good, unless it forces you to bet this flop.

I like it. You have two overs plus backdoor flush and straight. I like spending 1 sb here to see the turn and river. Getting check-raised would suck though.

I like the PF raise, either you go to the flop 2-3 handed with dead money, or 5 handed in a big pot with a decent mutliway hand.

Check the flop, the value of your hand will change alot on the turn and you don't want to pay 2SB to see the turn. Since you have 2 backdoor draws, paying 1 sb to see the turn and river has less value. Often on the turn you're hand will be about worthless, take the free card.

I really like this.

This flop is not one to be betting. If you knew that you'd see the river for the one SB, then I'm not even sure it's right. I'd put your outs around 4.5 (1.5 backdoor flush, eash, 1 for the backdoor straight, overcards...2). The turn card really makes or breaks your hand obviously, so I'd rather see it for free and go from there.

or build an even larger pot when your equity is not precisely as high as it could possibly be.

There aren't many hands that are dead money to JTs.
