Smiley\'s People (non-poker)
I was given this book. I'm not into fiction. Is it any good? I will read it if it is recommended enough times here.

[/ QUOTE ] It's great but it's the last book in a trilogy starting with "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" and "The Honorable Schoolboy". If you want to read one Cold War era Le Carre novel perhaps start with "The Spy Who Came In From the Cold" or the post Cold War "The Constant Gardener" ~ Rick |

Re: Smiley\'s People (non-poker)
My advice is simply to read everything from LeCarré, he's a great novelist and has worked for MI5 (6?) himself.
