I recently tried the poker tracker trial and i was curious since most sites say no data mining software is allowed to be used do they do searches through peoples computers to see if any software like this is running? has anyone been banned from a site for using poker tracker?

Party Poker will go as far as take screen shots of your desktop... but as far as I know no poker site has ever told somebody they explicitly can't use PT.
