Default AJ Playable Here?

This is from a MTT. It is a freeroll tourney from PP, but I'm interested in the tactically correct play here. I'm trying to adjust my game from STT to MTT. And I always seem to find myself low stacked deep in the tourney. I suppose I'm just playing too tight in the early going, which often works at a STT but not at a MTT. Following the STT strategy just doesn't do it in a MTT.

Anyway, here is the hand. The blinds are high. I have about 8.5 bb. I will lose close to 1/5 of my stack with another round of blinds. Blind level just increased. I assume my only play is all-in or fold, correct? And is the hand just too poor for UTG? Or do you have to make a move some time or do you just wait? The field has shrunk to 100 from 1400.

Any commnents would be appreciated.
