Button raises, I 3-bet, BB folds, Button calls

if he's loose/passive enough that he will call with worse hands and only raise with better hands, bet the turn and the river (if he calls the turn), folding to a raise. If he is aggressive enough to raise as a bluff or will always bet when checked to (often with very weak hands he'd fold to a bet), check/call both streets. If he's a 10/20 unknown I would check/call both streets because I am not confident folding to a raise against an unknown (especially with 4 outs) and so many players in that game will bet any hand as a bluff when checked to.
