Default Semi-Bluff turn Blinds pot $5/10

$5/10 6 handed, folded to the SB who limps. SB has been playing seemingly solid poker so far. We had played a bit over 50 hands so far, and it was our first blind vs. blind hand.

I have 4h 5h and check.

Flop: Jc 5d 7c

He bets, I raise, he calls.

Turn 6d

He bets, I raise, he calls.

What do you think of the raise? Whats my play on the river if he checks and I do not improve? If he bets on the river, and I dont improve fold?
