Default Atlanta/Miami - The line is out

The line opened at 2 or 2.5 and has moved slightly towards Miami, as I expected. I would not be surprised to see this line move to -1 or even Pk in a few days as the Sharps start moving against the seemingly "overvalued" Falcons. Any play on Atlanta now below 3 is strong, but I think more value can be had by waiting. My more thorough analysis of this will be forthcoming, likely Tuesday evening.

Default Re: Atlanta/Miami - The line is out

I'm not sure why this is a good matchup for Atlanta.
Miami's weakness defensively is their pass defense, and the Falcons don't have a great passing game to exploit that. The Fish are decent vs. the run and their front 7 can run to the ball much like Tampa's and at least maybe contain Vick.
On the flip side, Miami's a running team and Atlanta's run defense stinks.
