just in case anyone saw my new avatar and was offended, i didn't choose it. i guess someone hacked my account or something. no biggie, but i personally wouldn't ever use the term "h o m o" as an insult.

You wouldn't happen to be leeching that image from a site you don't own, would you?

What happened is that you linked an avatar using an image from someone else's site. That person found out that you (and maybe others) have been stealing his bandwidth, so he changed the image.
It has nothing to do with your profile being hacked. If you don't want it to happen again, put the image up on imageshack or something, and link it from there. |

And he's lucky the person wasn't feeling slightly more hostile and didn't change his avatar to goatse, tubgirl, or something else vile.

tks for the explanation. oops on my part my pic was just the word "Wonka" in some different colors. I didn't realize it takes away from someone's bandwidth for me to link my avatar from their site.
new avatar time! |
