I don't see any other way to play this against an unknown. Did he really show you 54? 76?

66? 77? Seems where I'd put them. But like Boz said I don't see any other way to play it. And 3 betting the turn to "find out where you're at" is allways a bad idea.

Against an unknown there is no way you can 3 bet this turn, b/c what do you do if it get's capped? Just gotta hope he is being gay with something like A7 or 99, and call down.

Like the guys have said, nothing else to do. If he cold called you with 66, 77, or 76 them I suggest following him around until you own his house.

Since it was a new top card on the board, you're more likely to be ahead enough to call down. If the turn card was an undercard to the board, you should give some thought to folding on the spot in this small pot.

Thanks for the feedback. MP2 actually showed down AJo and MHIG.

After the hand, I started to wonder whether I made the wrong decision to slow down. From the responses here, I feel that I acted reasonably given the (little) information I had.

I suppose that at these limits, you always have to associate an appropriate percentage to the "donk" factor when making decisions.

Undercard to a 632 board? If it's a 4 or 5 we might fold because of a straight draw, but meh...
