Default $11: lvl4 is this a easy call?

I am paying t140 for a t340 pot, which I thought was a good price. UTG Was the shortest stack so I figured his pushing range could be wide. Was 59o too bad to call? And was my stack size a factor to change my decision. I mean maybe I should fold and keep FE intact for future steals. Blinds is going to increase after 3 more hands...Thanks...
