Default AK vs raise or AK vs a reraise

Assume your MP/EP if your raising and LP (w/ nobody in) against EP raiser. How would you play AK? Assuming a solid player who doesn't just reraise w/ TT+,AK maybe 99/88. Or vs a tight aggressive player w/ solid raising standards from EP raises. Do you cold call, reraise? And if you get reraised do you cap it? why?

I only cap AK if I'm in position compared to the 3bettor. Otherwise I call the 3bet. And I 3bet regardless of position.
