for WSEX

I use XP with 256 MB memory, but when I click the WSEX icon my entire screen goes black and I have to use the 3 finger salute to get out of that mode. Anyone else have this problem? WSEX, if you are listening you might want to fix this.

My PC is unsure of the word RAM and it has "alpha test version" in the windows version box, however, I also get this problem with WSEX in recent times, it is the reason I stopped watching the big games.

And maybe the problems you are seeing explain why there are fewer big games running at wsex since the latest upgrade. I've seen Treasure Island going a few times as recently as last night but it sure seems to me that the number of $100+ pot games is a down a lot.

this is my problem as well.. i have 384 meg of ram. i freeze up as soon as it says "connecting". i had planned on playing in the june promos..

Just wondering...have you guys tried uninstalling then re-installing it? There's a new version out and it doesn't auto-update.

Same here. Had to uninstall, download the new version and then install. They should axe their programmer because they can't even get the auto-update program to work.

Can't connect to wsex poker since software upgrade.Reinstall did not help.Emails to support on 5/24 and 5/27 remain unansered.Guess they don't need my play.
