Default My first trip to Canturbury

Flew out to Minneapolis and went to the vikings games this past weekend, 50 yardline 10 rows back. (I spent the first three quarters in the emergency room but this is a different post altogether).

Yesterday my girlfriend and I went to the Canturbury Park. We have to say we liked it a lot. I played the 15/30 and a lil 8/16, the action was okay but not too great. She played in a seven card stud tourney. The betting structure was a bit funky but it was cheap and a good way for her to blow her time.

The place was very clean and the chips were very nice. We ordered food and it was decent and fairly reasonably priced. We will definitely go back when we hit our nest vikings game

cheers

p.s. can someone explaing to me why they are not aloud to spread no=limit at the card room by law? Seems a little silly how they can spread 30/60 but not a 1/2 no limit. I don't play no-limit but thought that was goofy
