is this smart?
so i recently signed up for neteller, so i could make small instacash deposits for lower fees than firepay. after i registered, they closed my account after 2 mins, because they said they couldnt "verify the last 4 digits of my social security number". they gave me a number to call...and the person who handles such security, etc. said i had to give them my full social security number. is this smart to give them my entire number? seeing as how they hold all my personal and bank information?

Re: is this smart?
Just think about this for a minute... you had no problem giving them your bank account information and authorizing them to make deposits and WITHDRAWALS. but you are concerned about giving them your SS#
Neteller personally verifies every account holder, this is a good thing!!! |

Re: is this smart?
Neteller already has your SSN, they just want to varify that it is actually you. So you might as well just give it to them.
