Standard raise, or push?
This hand came up in a typical college-dorm room SNG. Play was sixhanded at this point and hero in the hand, not me, is the smartest player in the game. Blinds are at T30/T60, chip stacks started at T1k with 8 people.
Reads Button had looked at his hand and wanted to play it; for a raise or a call I do not know. He is also the only other thinking player in the game. BB had looked at his hand as well and did not seem to like it. He is a very tight player. Pre-flop UTG T2k Hero T580 Button T210 Hero is co w/A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Utg calls, utg+1 calls, hero... When I discussed the hand with hero, his question was what amount he should raise here. I felt that this was an easy push, he disagreed. What are your thoughts? |
