Do you call this? What do you put him on? Would you have played it any differently? Advice would be appreciated.

Of course you call this. You can't put him on exactly 35s. Looks like top two pair or a lower set.

Don't slow play your sets. You usually want to play a range of hand strengths the same way on the flop so that opponents can't tell if you have a weak/very strong hand.

Raise more on the flop ~ $15.
