Can I cancel cashout on Eurobet?

I emailed eurobet requesting a cancelation on my cashout, but seeing their customer support is herendous, has anyone tried this before? I would appreciate any feedback at all. Thanks

Their customer support is usually quick and helpful if you not e-mail them but write an internal eMessage. There are no way to calncel cash-out manually.
