new pp acount questions Please help!!

im making a new pp acount, but i wanted to know if i can use the same name as my old pp acount...different email of course.....this seems like a dumb questiong, but my affiliate told me its okay to use the same name for my new pp act as long as i use a different email and funding source......can someone with experience on starting a new pp acount help me out with this....thanks in advance
