Massachusetts raked home game laws

I was wondering if anyone knew, or could point me to a link regarding the state of Massachusetts laws regarding raked poker games.

This is just so that I know the law, I'm not looking to open up a full poker room so I don't need warnings about armed roberies, just want to know the law.
