Default aggression factor

i am trying to put split the aggression of player into 3 groups for 6 max on limit so i can rate them
ie
under 1.5 weak (not week enought ?)
1.5 - 2.00 netural (avg ?)
over 2.00 strong ( is this strong enought ?)

were do you think the splits should be ?

I don't really think assigning vague adjectives to 3 ranges of players will help you very much.

i am trying to make my self a set of auto rates for 6 max for poker tracker and iam up to grouping the aggression and i was looking for a bit of help

so i was just looking at what the most thought the weak should be ect.
to make a start on grouping them

use stats from pokerace or playerview insteed of the auto rate. aggr fact depends a lot of went to sd and also vpip

here are so of the other rates out there but these are for 10 players

DriveTT uses the following:
AF-T < 2.00 = Passive
AF-T 2.00-3.00 = Neutral
AF-T > 3.00 = Aggressive


The PokerTrackerGuide guys use these:
AF-T < 1.00 Passive
AF-T 1.01-1.49 Neutral
AF-T > 1.50 Aggressive

excession's rules look more like this:
AF-T < 1.30 Passive
AF-T 1.30-1.80 Neutral
AF-T > 1.80 Aggressive

pick wichever one you like. a tip would be to not take the first one. this putting people inte diffrent group is just to simplify it for your self, and if you want to do so use you own impression it depends on when you will change your play ask yourself how aggr they have to be for you to change your mind
