This is correct.

This is a tough tough spot where you are almost always beat. It is tough to get away from but I would have not played it as aggressively after the calling on the flop. I would have check/called as above poster said. If he pushes the turn and river I'm not sure what to do. Probably muck.

i would bet 300-350 on flop then push turn like u did

OK. So you're calling 500 on the turn and 700 on the river? If you're committed, why not push? Better still, 2+2 it up and check/raise AI the turn? I don't understand why one would check/call all the way down from here.

Yeah the check call is a limit hold em strategy. Checking and calling in no limit will get you broke fast, I would love to play against someone who checked and called this hand down.
