End of a live tournament

Hello, I would like to know your comments on this hand :

30 euros+rebuy tournament, I am head's up against a young player. First place pays 2100 euros, second 1250. The blinds are 3000/6000, with a 100 ante (pot preflop : 11 000). I have 100 000 chips, my opponent has 80 000. He is solid and has declined my deal proposal. He has been pretty agressive since we are head's up, with a few successfull steals. I have an image of an agressive player, but I have calmed down the last 4-5 hands (rags rags rags).

I am dealt A8o SB (3 000). Pot=11 000. I raise to 20 000. The vilain calls. I have 80 000 left, my opponent has 60 000.

Flop (pot=51 000) : Kh 2h Kd.

He checks. I check behind

Turn (pot=51 00) : 8s

He bets 20 000.

What do you think I should do ?
