I think for a while and decide to call. I think I should fold. I am 98% sure that I am beaten here. I have the king of hearts so I do have a back door 2nd nut flush draw. there are almost no hands I am ahead of on that board that someone decent would 3 bet me on preflop from the blinds and can check raise me on this flop.

Information that was added later: Hero doesn't believe villian would 3-bet from the small blind with AQo or TT, though maybe AQs. Hero also believes villian would not check-raise TT or JJ on this flop.

Looking for how people would play the hand to completion, not just on the flop.

I agree 100%.

(1) Are you showdown committed?
(2) Given that folding on the flop isn't an option, do you call or raise (remember there is a third man the hand still)?
(3) If you call the flop do you raise the turn unimproved if the third man is around? How about if he isn't?
