Playoff Action 11hrs..Place your bets!

I'm a big time cards fan and am going to be laying some action on this thing. I'm trying not to make too many bets on my cardinals bias.

Tuesdays games

1) Cardianls -1.5 Over Padres (+110)
$13.64=$15

2) Parlay
Redsox moneyline (-103)
and
Yanks and Angels over 9 (+105) don't know about this one.
$5=$15.20

Futures

3) Houstan win series over atlanta (-120)
10=8.33

4) Stl to win NL pennant
10/11 or 5=4.55

All comments welcome ofcourse.

I'm not looking for lines that are off by much or have good value really. If I bet on one of these it means I think they're going to win it. I got a good feeling about the Cards but it just isn't something you can really predict in baseball.

Big Cards fan here, but I think the Padres on the game are the positive ev bet for Tuesday's game. check some of the older threads here to read the reasoning many have provided.

The question is, will the playoff mystique at Busch be back or did the Bo sox steal it.

Yeah, like i said these aren't really value bets. I don't think betting on the Cardinals for anything in the playoffs is going to be +EV, because they are so heavily favored in the NL.

Look for Carpenter to have the CGS or eight innings and getting to izzy. So if we can score two runs off of the padres bullpin its a winning bet.

The line seems crazy to me.

Pads +183, when Peavy has been dominant in Sep. and Carpenter has been anything but.

Carpenter's fastball topped out at 88 in his last 3 starts.

St. Louis is obviously the better team, but the public has driven this line to a spot where I can't help but bet the Pad Squad.
