I just like betting turns

Button is very loose and pretty passive. Im raising behind him as often as is feasiable. Hes shown some spunk once or twice but more often hes calling unless he has top pair, in which case I expect a raise. I dont think he bluffs. BB is unknown but early impression is LP and bad.

I think I'm check/folding the turn, and folding preflop with a loose BB.

That board contains a shitload of draws. Our folding equity is very slim against one opponent, let alone two. The pot is small, we're out of position with maybe 2 outs.

Stupid 3/6. I don't know, I didn't spend enough time with the 1/3 blinds to know if calling is bad. I'm definitely calling it at other limits.

Why is raising so bad here? I guess given that I know little about BB im not assuming that hes going to come along too often. What range of hands would you call with in this spot?

Your original read described him as "very loose and pretty passive." That qualifies him as someone who is much more likely to call one bet in the BB here than someone who is not going to come along very often. I think complete is the play here against the reads you provided, and I don't think it is all that close.
