Default Two 99 hands, both from small blind

I don't like multi hand posts, but thought both of these were marginally interesting, mostly due to the novelty of being dealt both of them in the small blind at the same time while playing 2 tables.

This first one I felt I played really poorly. I wanted to 3 bet preflop but with so many limpers I wasn't sure if calling would be more valuable or if 3 betting would, so I took the wimp's route. The flop I wanted to check raise, but then everyone called and there were simply so many cards that I perceived as horrible for me I felt the raise would be ridiculous. Then on the turn the 2nd worst card came. I once again considered the check raise, but figured I'd only get 3 bet by a 5 and probably get anything else to fold. By the river I decided that there was definitely enough reason to believe my opponent only had an 8 so I called. It doesn't happen often, but I think I may have misplayed every street. Main villain here is something like 65/5/.67

This one was against a guy that was 33/18/1.9. Unlike the other hand this one felt just right. Though his aggression's only 1.9, he seemed REALLY aggressive during the hands leading up to this one, so I almost considered capping preflop, but decided against it being out of position.

*edit*
Villain's AF in 2nd hand is 1.9 not 1.6

I'd raise PF and then bet the flop, turn, and river on both hands.
