Default Stud/8 Newbie Help

I just started playing stud/8 by accident (looking for a freeroll to play). Very fun - I couldn't quit playing all weekend.

Any good web sites on general strategy? I think I was doing alright, but chased a few low draws heads up that I probably shouldn't have.

Your best bet would be to either read the Ray Zee book or the Todd Brunson chapter in Super/System 2, both should help your Stud 8-or-better game immensely
