no rake back if Empire/Noble make account for you?

Does this mean i can't sign up with an affiliate? Empire notified me today that they made an account for me at their new site Noble Poker! Somehow I don't think the $20 bucks and their bonuses are as good as what I can get at other skins of Playtech, but now, how does this affect the MegaMillion tournament?
