Default JJ pre flop....large over bet

No real reads to speak of...I'm doing pretty well at the table.

Ultimate Bet, .25/.50 blinds.

I'm in the CO with JJ. 10 handed, UTG limps, MP3 limps,..folded to me. I bet pot. Small blind goes all in for about $30. I have $100+ in chips. Folded to me...Is it worth the call, eventhough the pot is is only like $5??

60BB bet with virtually no overlay, and your position is now worthless since he's all-in.

Unless he's making a habit of pushing, I'd dump it. I would think there's a much better chance that you're way behind than that you're way ahead, and the dead money doesn't make up for it.
