To shuffle or not to shuffle?
I am trying to wrap my mind around the option to shuffle show cards. Since, for the most part, I'm not catching miracle cards on 7th, I'm usually choosing to shuffle my show cards. This gives the impression that I'm a fish or loose or whatever since a lot people don't know you can shuffle cards. This has the effect of more people calling me with weak hands. However, I just don't know. Any thoughts?

Re: To shuffle or not to shuffle?
I keep the option set but have ambivalent feelings about it. It’s not an option on PokerStars (as far as I know) and I don't have a problem with it.

Re: To shuffle or not to shuffle?
I recently posted a flush-draw hand where I jammed it early against a pair of aces in a 4-way pot. I think the aces hand (that eventually won the pot after my flush didn't come in) saw a shuffled versions of my cards, so it looked like I had jammed on 3rd with absolutely nothing. The result was that this player gave me tons of action for the rest of the afternoon.

Re: To shuffle or not to shuffle?
If the site you play at (I'm assuming Paradise) has the option to shuffle, then you should always use it.
Shuffling denies them that bit of extra knowledge about what you started with and thus how you bet. All this is information, if you can make it that little bit harder for your opponents to get a handle on how you play, do it, keep the mystery, keep the money. I shuffle my cards. Keep 'em guessing.

Shuffling is clearly +EV.
