Default Working Out

What's a good work out for my forearms? They only started puberty one time and i want them to look like they started puberty five times. And what can i do to work out the muscles between my neck and shoulders. I have a little bad posture and i think that will fix it...

Forearm curls and reverse forearm curls.

For the traps ... shrugs with a barbell.

farmer's walk for forearms. shrugs for the others you mentioned. go as heavy as you can for both.

if you're talking about a straight barbell, be careful with your back when doing these really heavy.

I just want to say it before anyone else does: Beat off. All the time.

True.. I would suggest dumbell shrugs at your sides.

Better yet, go get a session with a personal trainer. You should really have a good overall workout in place that will hit all muscle groups.

Yeah. Dumbells also work fine, but I preferred a barbell for that exercise for some reason.
But yes, be careful you are asking a lot of your back.

True.. but he already stated that his forearms are weak, which means his grip is probably weak also, so he would most likely not be able to even hold 120 lb dumbells to do the shrugs with. Start w/ 50lbs (or even 35 lbs) and do reps to failure.

But go see a trainer.. so much better for you to get a good workout, and they could show you proper form for each excersize which a majority of people do not have. This typically leads to cheating and not isolating the muscle groups (more weight does not always mean you are stronger or properly hitting the muscle/muscle group) or even worse, injury!

Hmm, hasn't worked so far. Maybe I'll have to work on my form.
