Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
No reads on villain except that he has not played a hand in the last 30 min. Anybody folds/raises on later streets?

I like it. I'm usually more agressive on a ragged flop and 3-bet.

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
I'd assume that in 30 minutes of 6max, you've stolen a blind or two from him where he hasn't done this? If he hasn't been defending at all, I may fold the turn, except for my cruddy flush draw. I hate his river bet, and also want to fold there.
I'm also not very good at this. Against aggressive players I'm playing it same as you did. But if this guy's been letting you steal, I may respect his bets a bit more. |

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
actually it was a full table, just a few people were sitting out. And I have not stolen anything from him before. I think I should have 3-bet the flop here because I am probably ahead here....

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
I'm torn about three-betting the flop, but I'd lead the turn here and fold to a raise rather than calling down. If he calls the turn ... well fudge.
I'd have to say you're probably torched at the river here. What the heck could a guy three-bet PF with if he hasn't played a few orbits? If he doesn't have a PP bigger than yours or an A or a K, I'd be shocked. |

I can't see any reason to call a river bet.

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
Generally I wouldn't get into a blind war with someone without a read. In such situation the read on your opponent and your table image is more important than pot odds. Without a read I let go of my hand like this pretty easily.

I would have check/raised the flop.

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
preflop is standard really. there are so many lines you could take really, but on that flop i'd rather either bet/3-bet, c/r, or c/c. but not bet/call.
i think you can fold the river. i doubt he's bluffing this entire way with nothing. anbody donk/fold this here? |

Re: Blinds war hand (I really suck at this)
On that flop, Ax or Kx (large x) is exactly what you hope that this guy was 3betting you with. Now, that plan is foiled. Unless this guy is willing to 3bet 22-44 out of the BB in this situation, there isn't much reason to call a river bet. I think theres more value in a c/r to fold TT than there is in a c/c or a b/f.
