button might have QJ or KJ often enough. Is this preflop call standard for everyone without reads?

The river call is read dependent. Verse some passive players i would bet/fold.

I'm expecting to get a lot more action out of QJ/KJ. I'd much rather bet the river intending to fold to a raise, with at least some minimal chance of folding a chopping hand, than I would check-call and pray that he's chopping/bluffing.
