Default World Series Bets

Bodog has Will a wild-card team win the World Series for the 4th time in a row ? at
Yes (-130)
No (-110)
Max Bet $100.

That seems to be great value on the no. Anyone?

I think it's still a tossup. plenty of upside for either wild card team considering that every single division leader other than St. Louis has marked weaknesses.

You think a WC team (makes up 25% of the playoff teams) will win the WS >48% of the time? I don't. But this is why I don't bet on games. Someone sway me before I put money on this.

WOW. That's a seriously good bet. I honestly can't believe this line. Makes no sense at all.

Edit: even -120 sounds like a steal.

That's what I thought. Anyways got my bet down. Bets like this don't come very often I don't think.

I've seen prop bets this crazy before with similar restrictions at other sites. (One was a well documented poker bet on "the field" at evens) I have to believe that it's a deliberate promotional bet to get people to try the site.

As a huge Cards fan...I have to say there are chinks in the armor. The hitting is not what it was last year; No Rolen, Walker and Edmonds are down. The subs (Nunez, Taguchi, and company)have been great, but this leaves the bench depleted.
More importantly, Carpenter has fallen off and Morris's fastball is topping out at 89/90. chinks are there
