Default I\'m going crazy over one mistake

I was playing flawlessly in a MTT Live tourney the other day, and as we were approaching the bubble where 36 players got paid, I made one terrible mistake and was busted. I can't stop thinking about it, and I'm riding myself super hard for it. I took alot of bad beats in this tourney, but none of them even remotely put me on tilt or anything. At one point I was down to 1 chip with over 100 left in the tourney and came back to be the table chip leader and I was bullying the table relentlessly and stealing blinds and antes like mad.

When the bubble approached, I upped my aggression level even higher, as I wanted to be able to make the final table with a huge stack and be in control and dominate the other players and I made a really silly error against the one stack at the table who could of busted me. And I can't stop thinking about this, I'm so mad at myself for doing this. Anyone ever have an experience like this and how did you deal with it?
