Shorthanded TD 2-7
I play daily at UBs $1-2 /$2-4 tables for TD 2-7. When the table is full I consistantly beat the game and am quite happy with my results. Unfortuantly I typically am forced to have to start tables and that requires HU play and shorthanded (3 or 4 players). My success at the full tables comes from playing tight-aggresive, I only draw to very smooth draws and do my best to punish players for drawing rough against me. This becomes my downfall with shorthanded play because clearly good draws dont come around enough to deal with the blinds coming around more often. I end up drawing to more hands but Im constantly drawing one on the end against a pat hand and obviously the underdog. I still tend to only draw to 7's and 8's and only keep 9's and T's if i catch them later.. Is it correct to start drawing to 9's and 10's preflop and after first draw? It seems that when other people beat up on me HU they rarley make sevens and eights but rather show me rough nines, tens, and jacks almost every hand. I hope this post made sense and I would be happy to clairfy. Thanks for any help.
