Anyone play at the Paris?
I'll be going to Vegas with my wife in a few weeks, and we're staying at the Paris. Have any 2+2ers played at the Paris poker room? Just looking for any opinions on the competition, what games are spread, the room itself, etc.

Re: Anyone play at the Paris?
The action tends to be fantastic at paris and bally's both. Paris is somewhat slow because they just opened, but if they don't have what you want they will call over to bally's to see what they have, get your name on the list, etc. Bally's is typically hopping, particularly at night. There are few regulars, mostly tourists.

Re: Anyone play at the Paris?
I played one session there. Didn't like it! It's dark and noisy and both the dealers and players seemed very inexperienced. Inexperienced players are great by the way but I just didn't care for the setup there or the atmosphere. The only thing they were spreading when I was there was 3/6. Both the Aladdin and Bellagio (and Bally's)will be real handy for you so you can probably find something you like in close proximity if Paris doesn't do it for you.

Re: Anyone play at the Paris?
Didn't play poker at Paris, but I must say I did enjoy the cocktailer uniforms. 2nd best on the Strip (to Mandalay Bay's near thongs!).
