Default $5k HU @ Stars Panella gone crazy?

So, after the win, this kid is playing
4 tables right now at $5k a pop of
Heads up No Limit Hold Em. So far he
is down in all 4, but cant wait to see
the results...

BTW, was I the only one who noticed that
after the Poker show annoucers made a jibe
at Panella's skill (I think it was Barry made
a joke or something?) Panella ranted about
being at the final table of that tourney
two years in a row.

He has also said he is 18. Simple math says
he played illegaly last year, and most likely
is still not 18, which is why he wanted the
money put in a different account. In fact, maybe
this is why he is playing all these $5k headsup
to siphon the money into some different accounts
with holders who are 18+?

He's definitely over 18 now, but it looks to me like he was indeed underage last year. This isn't my department, so I don't know anything other than that. I do know that we check all cashouts on the site. I doubt that he's doing what you suggest though.

Does this mean that you knowingly let him use his mother's account last year?

If we knew someone was underage, we'd have closed their account. If someone was underage in the past but is now old enough, what's the decision? That's not mine to make, and I don't know what's right myself, to be honest.

I think a good punishment at this time would be to remind him of the 25k tables.

I believe I need to learn when to shut up more. If I'm going to tell people I work for PokerStars, I should be restricting my commentary to things I know about instead of suggesting I make/know all our policies.

I do support and poker specialist work, and my opinion on this matter is mine, and despite knowing some details related to this, what I say isn't intended to represent or misrepresent the site's position on this or anything else.

In short, I'm a retard. Please ignore me.

Hopefully I've stopped digging myself a hole before I've said anything too dumb. The above apology wasn't made because someone asked me to, incidentally :]

Right, I'm off to the "Should I push this preflop?" posts so that I can avoid getting into trouble!
