Default KQ heads up - turn/river play

Villian is 28/20 over 600 hands
AFs are 2 / 2 / 1.3 by street
39 wtsd. 29 folded to river bet. 42 attempt to steal blinds.
I need help.

I think I like a river sexy here...he could have 44/55/77/A5, but 66,88,99,A7,K7 (all of which will likely valuebet river) or a bluff/semibluff like A8/A9 that will fire the last barrel, but not call a bet. Turn bet/call is ok IMO

Fold the turn to the raise. He took a common line for a made hand.

Or he's a thinking TAG and is making a move on me b/c he knows i'm a TAG as well and that I can fold...

I think your giving him too much credit in regard of "He knows I'm TAG blah blah". I probably would have folded to the turn raise

Fold the turn. Your hand has little showdown value. If you held AK or AQ then you can think about calling that turn, but even if he's bluff raising with Ax, it's a value bet for him, no??? Fold.
