Default TT, pre-flop cold call.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold</font>, UTG+1 raises</font>, Hero calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, 4 folds</font>.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)</font>
UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero raises</font>, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, UTG+1 3-bets</font>, Hero calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (9.25 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)</font>
UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero calls, MP2 calls.

River: (12.25 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)</font>
UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero calls, MP2 folds.

Final Pot: 14.25 BB

What do you think of how I played this?
UTG+1 seems pretty solid. Do you think we can get away from the hand after the flop or do we call down hoping not to get shown an overpair? Are we worried about MP2 on the turn?

I 3-bet pre-flop. I probably raise the turn, too.

You should basically never cold-call when you're the second person into the pot. Raise or fold.

Not without a read on UTG and with MP behind you yet to act.

He said he seemed pretty solid. I think he has an overpair when he 3-bets OOP almost always (or big clubs).

Are we folding the turn when he leads? If we're not, then raising the turn is better than calling. MP is probably on a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] draw; or he's an idiot. If MP 3-bets and UTG calls, we have an easy fold. If MP calls (as I expect he will) we're getting 2:1 on the raise, and our raise should strike the fear of God into UTG unless he's crushing us and is fearless. If UTG 3-bets, we should fold without a read. If UTG just calls, and no club falls on the river we can check it through (if MP bets, I'd call). The point is, we're either folding to the turn bet or we're doing what we can to both win the hand and get to showdown in the best possible way. If we're not folding on the turn, then raising is much better than calling. In fact, I'd rather raise against a solid player than a donk (a donk wouldn't have anything other than AA, maybe KK, if he three bets the flop - a solid player could have many other hands).

I would like to 3 bet this flop too.

I'd probably call down but maybe that's a little too weak tight

If hes SUPER AGGRESSIVE... call down.

If hes TAG/TAP/LPP etc its time to fold after the 3bet... Infact, you could save 1SB and let it go then.

I dont see what he raises, 3bets on the flop... That your ahead. . .

I smell AA/KK/QQ(JJ), AKs[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] but i doubt it the AK.

3bet or fold preflop.

Personally, I re-raise TT pre-flop and protect my hand. There's a good chance UTG+1 has two good cards, but not a pair. If you raise, you might get it heads up and I think the hand will be easier to play.

As you played it, and with no reads, I call down.
