I've run this play in SNG PT and assumed that the SB will call with top 25% hands(22+,A2+,KTo+,K8s+,QTs+). According to SNG PT a push has a +1.1% which tells that pushing is better than folding.

I'd like to hear who would push or fold here, and the reasons why you would do it?

yes, pushing is usually good in such spots with 6x the BB.
