Default Monster draw, but no implied odds

BB is 40/15 over 20 hands, no read on button. BB is all in but $2 on the turn. People tend to get very loose agressive when they are down to there last few dollars, so I'm thinking the 3 kings could be outs as well. At first I thought this was an easy fold, but now i'm not sure. Thoughts?

Easy call. You're getting very close to pot odds with a 12 out draw.

Is there a reason not to take a shot at the flop?

Once you decide to check the flop you should c/r it for value with two callers.

That's a thin value raise. Counting the kings more than 1.5 outs is very generous. What about the chance that your c/r will get 3-bet and its heads-up?

limping behind preflop is marginal, if he's very loose raise it. Bet this flop when it's checked to you - considering you didn't - CALL THE TURN - you are getting fine odds with good implied odds when you are basically 100% of the time good when you hit.

Folding this is giving up major value.

Easy call with 9 to flush, 4 to GS, and possible K spike being on the river
