Default Folded to River Bet

What's a good range for Folded To River Bet percentage?
Full ring games and 6-max?

I'm around 35%, is it a leak?

From the FAQ:

[ QUOTE ]
FRB: folded to river bet. Varies between 40-55. This stat is pointless to analyze by itself. In combination with WSD or W$SD, it may indicate a problem of folding too much on the end (or not enough). As long as its not incredibly low or high, there are better ways to spend your time.

[/ QUOTE ]

And here is Wookie's 6-max stats FAQ which I don't think mentions that stat, but feel free to look.

You're right. I don't mention it, because:

OK I should make it clear, I knew the range for the full-ring play. I am just wondering if the range is the same in 6-max game. In my impression people tends to bluff more, be more aggressive and keep betting with marginal hands. Do that mean you should call more river bet?

BTW I somehow missed wookie's stats FAQ post, its very helpful, thanks a lot!

I actually think this statistic could be a bit more interesting than it is given credit for.

The problem, like with a number of pokertracker stats, is that it is calculated as a percentage of a small subset rather than from all your hands. Thus you could have a terrible problem, getting to the river with too many hands that should have been folded and making it worse by then calling even one more bet with almost half of those losers. The percentage would look OK since the mistakes seemed to be balancing each other out as far as pokertracker was concerned, but the reality would be that one mistake magnifies the impact of the other blunder.

I think it might be interesting if a lot of 2+2 players would take a look at the raw number of times they fold to a river bet and post that along with their total hands.

My stat: Party 1/2 full ring and 9 max, 676 in 22,531 hands or 3 percent.

CallMeIshmael compiled a lit of stats from a bunch of 2+2ers in the Small Stakes forum a little while back. Here's a link to that post.

Pretty interesting read...
