Question about DS Satellites

Can you chop these satellites for the $W officially, or would you have to hope that you are working with someone trustworthy who will unregister and send you the $W?

Officially you are not allowed to chop these. You can do it unofficially if you trust the guy.

I was lucky enough to chop with EY400 today, he sent the money no problem. SO it is risky to chop because it has to be done on your own, but people will send
