you're probably ahead, or he has a midpocket or a 7. This river raise makes no sense other than you smell weakness. I'd call 100% of the time with any king here (from utg's persepective). I like continuation bet on turn again. Utg probably has like 99 or something like that (or missed flush draw that he played like an idiot).

Default The missing information

Villain in this hand probably sees me as average aggressive for shorter-handed 10-20. When he called on the flop he's got a flush draw or a pair. My gestalt with the bet on the river was no way that was a flush bluff. Instead it felt like a value/blocking bet. So, I figured I was behind but against a low-strength hand. Likely an underpair to the king or a 7.

He didn't know how to use the converter, so I did this one and then sent him the instructions.

Matt, do you fold the river if opponent bets half the pot?

Matt,

I can see why you read the river bet as a value/blocking bet. If he had re-raised all-in I assume you fold?
